It initially happened in RDR2, but I then tried other games and same issue happens. When the console freezes no error message comes up, but it just stops working. If I push home button it sometimes allows me to close game, but not always.
It had a error message on start up once as wouldn't start and required a full re-install which I did. I have got a save game sync error message also.

I'm having problems aswell with the slim. I've tried every possible method of sorting it; clearing cache, moving data to a new hard drive, giving it and the PSU more ventilation ect.
