Give first person on each team a large spoon or a shovel, and put a small empty pail in front of each line. This game gives little kids the chance to release some energy. Just make sure you have an indestructible area to play it in or move it outside. First, build a wall out of toy blocks or cardboard boxes. Next, give each party guest a toy monster truck. Have them all stand behind a line and, at the same time, push their trucks as hard as they can toward the wall. The object is to knock down the wall of blocks in one fell swoop.

Rebuild the wall and play the game over and over again until the group's energy wanes. A fun game for kids of any age is to set up an obstacle course of real tires you can source old tires from a tire garage. Alternatively, use inflatable swimming rings wrapped in black duct tape. If you choose to use real tires, warn the parents to dress their children in old play clothes, as they may come home dirty. Place the tires side-by-side so the kids have to step through them like in a boot camp workout.

You can also stand a few on end and let the kids crawl through them. Or, you can create a course that is a combination of the two and add other types of obstacles to suit the age group. Turn the classic ring toss into a monster tire-sized game. All you need is a monster truck tire—again, made from an inflatable ring—and one orange traffic cone.

Place the cone in the middle of the party space. Then, line kids up behind a starting line and have them take turns tossing the tire toward the cone. Give each player three turns to score points ringing the cone. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.

Prepare for this game just as you would a traditional game of musical chairs , but use tires or inflatable pool rings, instead of chairs. Have the children walk in a circle around a ring of tires while music plays in the background. Once the music stops, kids need to find the closest tire and sit in it.

The one left standing is out. Remove one tire after each round and the last child left in the game wins. Kids love building their own monster trucks out of cardboard boxes. For this imaginative art project, they can use their favorite monster trucks as inspiration. You will need several small boxes, paint, markers, flame decals, stickers, and flags.
