Kept me posted on the vehicle I was interested in. I realize that the new car market is very difficult to navigate during this pandemic, but Concord Toyota was always very polite and helpful.
Not arrogant as are many other dealers. Quick response, easy to work with, organized test drive and trade in offer fast without hassles, closed quickly. Quick replies to my emails and texts were appreciated but when I offered to overnight a check to them to hold the car while I made the 12 hour trip to see it I stopped receiving replies from them.
I get it; they'd rather deal with someone local the car sold just a couple days later but a simple text stating they had a local buyer would've been better than just ghosting me. The salesman I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Cars I looked at were in great shape and they were very transparent as far as the vehicles history and what they had done to it prior to placing it on the lot for sale. Salesman Was very helpful, answered all my questions. Then it was time deal. But I do feel I got a fair price. Dealer Signup. Larry was a great salesman. Not pushy. Very professional. The finance department was great. Truck was cleaned up, gased up and ready for test drive when I arrived.
